ESL for HEALTHCARE

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00pm-8:30pm

Online via Zoom
Student Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level English skills or higher
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with working microphone and camera*
- Access to reliable high-speed internet during class time*
- Basic computer skills including using a keyboard and mouse/touchpad
- Knowledge of Zoom and Zoom features
- Ability to navigate between multiple windows on a computer
- Keep your camera on and be visible on camera during the entire class
*Students will not be permitted to attend classes from their cell phones. If you do not meet the technology requirements listed above, you can take this course at The Literacy Center’s building in Allentown.
Graduation Requirements: To earn a certificate and graduate from this class, students must meet the following requirements:
- Miss no more than two (2) class sessions
- Complete all homework assignments
- Earn a minimum of 70% on the final project
Payment: All payments must be made through PayPal via this form. No cash, checks, or other forms of payment will be accepted. Payments will not be accepted in person or over the phone.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to gpruzinsky@theliteracycenter-lv.org by 5pm on Friday, January 23rd. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5pm on January 23rd.
